What You’ll Do

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for MAVI’s internal roles across tech and non‑tech functions.
• Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and team needs.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies across regions, with a robust focus on LATAM and exposure to APAC and other global markets.
• Build and nurture proprietary talent pipelines and networks using creative and non‑traditional sourcing approaches.
