Talent Acquisition Specialist (Retail & Warehouse Hiring)

Location: Canada (Remote)

Type: Contract

Rate: CAD 30/hr to CAD 37/hr

Language Requirement: Fluency in Spanish and English is required

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, leadership, retail, and high-volume warehouse roles
• Lead high-volume hiring initiatives for warehouse, distribution center, and store operations roles
• Proactively headhunt and engage passive candidates across retail and operations functions
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify top talent
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for store, warehouse, and hard-to-fill roles
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and operations teams
• Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies
