OntarioMD has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role you will be responsible for full‑cycle recruitment activities across a variety of corporate and technical roles, helping to attract high‑quality talent that supports OntarioMD’s mission and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment activities including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer facilitation.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to provide timely updates, guidance and advice on recruitment strategy, candidate assessment support, market trends, and hiring best practices.
