Team Lead, Commercial Operations
Description
**Position Summary**
Working with the Vice President and Managers, the Team Lead, Commercial Operations will support and guide the Commercial Lines team through training and best practices.
The Team Lead will assist in the implementation of process workflows and ensure that staff are up to date with current procedures and processes.
**Key Activities**
Team Development
+ Provide support and training for new hires and existing employees
+ Collaborate with Team Leads in REP to cross-train and provide support as needed for off-program business
+ Coach and mentor new and experienced staff members
+ Share and reinforce service level guidelines and process workflows
+ Work with Learning and Development leaders to structure and facilitate quarterly business skills training
Operational
+ Collaborate effectively with Commercial Managers and Producers to ensure excellence in client service
