Drive customer satisfaction as the Membership Experience Team Lead with Canucks Sports & Entertainment in Vancouver. This role is key to improving service quality and operational efficiency for our membership team.
In this position, you will lead a dedicated team within the Membership, Sales & Business Intelligence department. Focus on coaching service excellence, conducting regular team meetings, and collaborating on strategies to enhance member retention. Your leadership will be critical in executing campaigns and managing various operational aspects on event days.
