Responsibilities

The Team Lead of Specialized Services assists the manager in implementing and administering the Fetal Alcohol Spectrum of Services (FASS) and Family Support programs, and supervises a team of support staff including FASS System Navigators, FASS Advocates, Family Support Services, and Casual Support Staff.

• Support staff to work with participants to collaboratively set goals, develop care plans, evaluate success, and revise plans accordingly.
• Assist staff with the implementation of participants’ case plans through role‑modeling, teaching, information sharing, brokering, advocacy, and practical assistance.
• Identify opportunities to assess and enhance participants’ readiness to make positive changes and increase self‑reliance.
