Job DescriptionOverviewJoin our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking in a leadership role as a Production Supervisor at Mondelēz International.In this position you will ensure the line team performs at a level that sustains and improves business results, maintain equipment, drive safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets, and lead shutdown maintenance, root‐cause analysis, and loss reduction initiatives.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in daily team meetings to review previous shift results and plan current shift activities.Manage and verify staff attendance and line operation status.Supervise approximately 25 team members, including 19 technicians and 3 assistants.Ensure the proper functioning of 27 automatic machines assigned to the area.Coordinate the receipt and management of corrugated boxes from 14 production lines.Implement and maintain safety, quality and efficiency standards.Identify continuous improvement opportunities in production processes.Qualific...
