About the Job

Our client is seeking a Technical inside Sales Representative with prior experience or exposure to wastewater and/or water treatment systems. The inside Sales Representative (ISR) role is to enhance the customer experience by providing timely technical information and pricing to the customers.

Responsibilities

• Form proposals based on customer‑requested specifications, preparing formal quotations, follow up on quotations, monitor project status
• Provide quotes, follow‑ups and excellent customer service to clients
• Coordinate with the project estimator to obtain the cost of materials, outside services, labor, and material (inventoried) costs
• Generate a professional presentation of proposal, with clear specifications and relevant technical details
