Job Summary

As Technical Instructor, you will design Thermal Management courses and deliver effective and complete learning experiences to Vertiv Technical Sales, Vertiv Sales, Vertiv Customer Engineers, Distributors and Customers. Moreover you will be nurturing and continuously growing the network of the Academy Thermal Management Local Trainers.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with Thermal Management and Service Business Units to agree on training priorities and learning objectives as well as to ensure continue technical handover from Global Training team and from regional Engineering;


• Define the contents of Technical courses, working with the Global Training team; where appropriate, drive the activities of a technical committee in order to collaborative make decisions and approve training content and material;
