Technical Learning Specialist

Technology Excellence is a department built to grow technical capability across our engineering organization onboarding freshers into project-ready professionals and continuously upskilling engineers across Desktop, Web, and AI technologies. Key Responsibilities: Own our 4-month fresher onboarding program end to end from induction to project deployment Proactively identify learning needs across technical teams and translate them into structured programs Curate and design technically accurate content using AI tools across Desktop, Web and AI domains Assess fresher readiness through code walkthroughs, POC reviews and structured evaluation Mentor individual learners track progress, intervene early, give specific actionable feedback Requirements Must Have: B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT or related Engineering field Strong proficiency in at least one language C++, Java, C# or JavaScript.
