Role Description

We are seeking a senior Technical Operations Manager to lead and own field operations in the Kisii region. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring that dairy aggregation, mobility, and transport operations run reliably, safely, and profitably.

The role combines technical leadership, day-to-day operations management, and full P&L accountability. The successful candidate will support the technical teams and operational teams , while working closely with central support teams.
