We are seeking an experienced technical recruiter to join our team on a commission-only basis. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing highly qualified engineering candidates for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify highly qualified engineering candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Present qualified candidates to clients, coordinate interviews, and provide feedback to both candidates and clients.
• Negotiate job offers and close placements with clients and candidates.
• Earn a commission per placement, based on the candidate's salary.
