Job Description

BMO is currently sourcing for a Technical Recruiter position on a 6‑month contract. The team consists of 20 recruiters and 3 sourcing specialists managing a large portfolio of roles. There will be training provided, but employees are empowered to work independently with autonomy and accountability of their day‑to‑day activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates, short‑listing, and offer management.
• Ensure accurate documentation of the entire recruitment process.
