Technician, Quality Control, CMM Programmer

Description

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

  • College diploma (DEC) in Mechanical Engineering Technology, or any other related field;
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in programming and/or operating a CMM machine;
  • Experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing environment;
  • Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 standard and GD&T concepts;
  • Reading and interpretation of 2D and 3D drawings;
  • Attention to detail, meticulousness, keen observation skills, critical thinking, teamwork. 

    • Assets: 

  • Experience using a Zeiss CMM (Calypso);
  • Experience in visual inspection (surface finish, microscope);
  • Experience in a regulated environment (ISO 13485 - Medical).
