Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Carry out the activities required by PM's and TPM's to keep maintenance equipment 100% reliable and avoid operational stoppages, equipment improvements based on experience, complying with safety, quality, continuous improvement and the standards required by Eaton. If the technician's area of experience is in refrigeration, he will focus on Air conditioning units, or in the case of electrical, he will focus on electrical installations and substations.
- Comply with routines, tours on a daily basis (Monitor teams, have activity review meetings, 1:1, project execution review, etc.).
- Use activity time and overtime effectively for projects and stay on budget
- Improve the efficiency and cost of scheduled maintenance by acquiring new techniques or equipment
- Perform reactive or corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure and comply with MOC process
- Support and develop a succession plan for next levels
