JOB SUMMARY

Connection between Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering and support the autonomous preventive (and predictive) maintenance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work together with Asset Specialist to register new equipments in CMMS. Do periodical inventory in workcells and on local surplus.
• Work together with ME to setup equipments and their PM's in CMMS.
• Work together with Manufacturing to train them to TPM techniques (first of all autonomous preventive maintenance).
• Generate various reports from CMMS to control PM's.
• Control PM delays.
• Maintain the CMMS database.
• Work together with external companies to maintain TPM techniques.
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
