Description

DXC Technology is hiring a Field Support Technician to provide technical support, resolve issues, and maintain the client's active technological infrastructure. 
The role involves working with Windows systems, Active Directory, and Office 365, as well as ITSM tools and networking equipment. 
Requirements Experience in field technical support 
Knowledge of Windows systems, Active Directory, and Office 365 
Notions of networking (switches, routers, structured cabling) 
Familiarity with ITSM tools (preferably ServiceNow) 
Problem‑solving and analytical skills
