The position is full-time and based in our office in Geneva. The starting date is November to December 2026.

1 Job Description

• a secretary for Minister for the Economic Affairs Division
• an assistant for the Economic Affairs Division
• potentially attending meetings at the WTO and writing summary reports

2 Requirements:

• Be fluent in spoken and written English
• Working knowledge of French
• English proof reading/editing & writing skills
• Expertise in MS Office, Word and Excel
• Date of entry: November/December 2026
• Swiss nationality, or a person with a Swiss residence and work permit
