During your internship with us, you will gain experience across three different areas by supporting the PBX (Switchboard), Guest Experience, and Front Desk teams.
Your general responsibilities will include the following:
•Participating in guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring registration information is accurately maintained in Opera.
•Serving as a source of infotion for guests on various topics, such as city activities, restaurant recommendations, and transportation options. This requires staying up-to-date with the latest leisure and cultural trends in Madrid.
