Training Coordinator

At Mammotome, a Danaher operating company, we innovate in breast diagnostics and care. We seek a Training Coordinator to lead training for our Tijuana, Baja California, México site.

In This Role

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, HR, and other functions to integrate functional training.
• Supervise and develop the Quality Control Trainer & Inspector to ensure training and batch release meet quality standards.
• Ensure timely recording and storage of training records in the QMS.
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs.
• Identify training needs with area managers and translate them into specific programs.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Psychology, with experience in regulated industries and a focus on technical training and regulatory compliance.
