Training & Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Training Manager with hospitality hotel industry experience to support the learning and development function within our hotel operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring training programs that enhance employee performance, service excellence, and career development.
