Training Specialist (Etobicoke)

Art is helping our client hire a Training Specialist to be responsible for the ongoing development, delivery, and quality assurance of training programs for Data Collection (DC) and Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Development teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and deliver ongoing training sessions on DC and AV Development protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Execute remedial training sessions for individuals needing improvement in driving skills, compliance, or audio note quality.
• Lead ad-hoc training projects, including new technology, software, or procedural rollouts.
• Perform in-vehicle spot checks to evaluate driving skills and adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Provide coaching on best practices for clear, accurate, and relevant audio note documentation.
• Document audit findings and deliver constructive feedback to personnel and leadership.
