MX External Fulfillment (EF) includes a variety of programs: Vendor Flex (VF) and Direct Fulfillment (DF). Through these programs, Amazon works hand in hand with a wide range of vendors to ship products from warehouses external to Amazon directly to our customers. The Unified Alternative Fulfillment (UAF) team ensures operational excellence across both programs by monitoring metrics, managing standard processes, and serving as the intermediary between Amazon and our business partners.
The UAF DF & VF Operations Associate works on the Back-End Team (HOTW – Hands Off The Wheel) and is responsible for monitoring operational metrics, executing standard processes, and supporting automation initiatives that help external vendors have a seamless experience when fulfilling orders on Amazon.
