Job Description

• To continuously analyze, evaluate, select and monitor risk towards enhancing profitability and portfolio growth within the stipulated internal and external guidelines.
• To manage and ensure effective, efficient and timely policy and endorsement processing services with optimal cost and quality.
• To ensure that Service Level to the customers are in line with the Fast & Easy, Best Advice (FEBA) philosophy.
• To achieve Gross and Net Premium Growth and Underwriting Profitability according to Company's Budget as well as controlling direct management expenses
• To ensure adherence to internal / external statutory guidelines and SLA in achieving operational efficiency.
