+ Control merchandising of products in order to optimize sales and ensure it is in line with brand image and standards
+ Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards
+ Communicate sales plans and targets to the Universe team, monitor performance on an on-going basis and suggest corrective actions to hierarchy when needed
+ Assign routine and non-routine tasks to Sales Associates, Cashiers and Coordinators and assist in preparing the staff schedule in order to ensure that activities are carried out in the most efficient manner
+ Benchmark prices with the competition and recommend price modifications in order to maintain competitiveness
