Lead the Fox & Crow and inspire team success as the Hospitality Manager at UPEI Student Union. Oversee daily operations, staff training, and elevate customer experiences in a vibrant campus pub.
As a full-time seasonal position, the Hospitality Manager works closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth front-of-house operations at the Fox & Crow. This role requires two years of supervisory experience in the café or restaurant industry, event management knowledge, and exceptional interpersonal skills. The key focus is on training staff and maintaining high service standards for staff and customers alike.

• Train and guide front-of-house staff through orientation
• Organize and schedule staff meetings regularly
