Urologist – Red Deer

Alberta Health Services, Central Corridor, and the Department of Urology, at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre, invites applications for a Urologist to establish a full-time practice in the community of Red Deer. This position requires a scope of practice that includes: Community Clinic, Inpatient & Outpatient Services, Emergency Consults, and Specialist On-Call Coverage.

The successful candidate will be required to have an independent community practice, participate in equal allotment of on call, operative time, cystoscopy time and clinic/consultation time, as well as provide travelling specialist duties in other communities in Central Corridor, as required.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Obtain and maintain an AHS Medical Staff Appointment and appropriate privileges to provide the Services;
