Director, Supply Chain Operational Excellence Location: Bentonville, AR Position Summary The Director of Supply Chain Operational Excellence is responsible for driving operational excellence; including continuous improvement, change management, and large-scale projects to deliver value for associates, customers of the Non‑Sort Fulfillment Centers (FC), Inbound Consolidation Centers (ICC), and Two‑Tier sites. This role is responsible for driving end‑to‑end new capabilities, and optimizing network performance to support Walmart’s evolving supply chain. This leader operates at the intersection of strategy and execution—partnering cross‑functionally to deliver innovative, customer‑centric solutions while improving speed, capacity, throughput, service, productivity, and cost outcomes across the network.
