You will contribute to promoting healthy aging and independent living for community members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safe transport for seniors to medical appointments
• Collaborate with external organizations to enhance services
• Assist in linking clients with community resources
• Attend to special requirements based on individual needs
• Maintain communication with the interdisciplinary team
Requirements:
• Valid class G Driver’s License and Drivers Abstract
• CPR/First Aid Certificate mandatory
