The role ensures HSBC delivers:

• Senior oversight of the delivery of the bank’s net zero and sustainability commitments and obligations across Mexico and LAM entities, with clear governance and ExCo-level engagement. That includes being the leading consulted party on the response to ongoing disclosure and local regulatory compliance.
• Oversees the LAM strategic philanthropic giving, aligned to the global strategy of Financial Literacy & Nature (defined locally as “Resilient Jobs & Communities”). Ensures full governance and engagement thru the Americas Philanthropy Working Group and LAM CEO.
• Delivers LAM volunteer program engagement, adopting best practices that will increase the % of LAM employees who volunteer with the bank's nonprofit partners both strategic and Foundation. Also ensures employee engagement ...
