Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical and creative process for podcast production: plan and execute high‑quality video podcast recordings, manage equipment setup (cameras, audio, lighting), pre‑production planning, content development, location scouting, talent management and directing, and adhere to Fidelity Canada Digital Media best practices.
• Edit video and audio content to create polished episodes, including graphics, music, branding, full‑length deliverables, short‑form promotional pieces, graphics, subtitles, and bilingual thumbnails to meet Bill96 requirements.
• Develop and produce long‑term content strategy to expand the Fidelity Canada podcast lineup, focusing on emerging client segments, topics, and languages, aligning with organizational goals and audience demand.
