Virtual Design Engineer (Product Development - NX) - São Caetano do Sul - SP - BRA

Job Description

Hybrid: this position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu).

Responsibilities

• Create math data (models) or virtual layouts of components, systems and subsystems.
• Apply design operations and processes (Standard modeling, Clearance Analysis, Vehicle Assembly Structure, Global Data Security, etc.).
• Apply Design Standards, Best Practices and Global Design infoBOOK Standards.
• Develop, refine, and finalize Criteria and Typical Sections.
• Apply manufacturability, Design for Assembly, and integration knowledge to parts, subsystem designs and vehicle integration.
• Complete, analyze, and apply NX Analysis results to solution set for the subsystem / components.
• Support CAE with studies to improve designs.
• Actively participate and/or lead design / virtual reviews.
• Document and maintain material, mass, and other part specifications within the Math file.
