Job Purpose: The Head of Strategic Broker Management tasks to steer the Broker Manager team to achieve portfolio targets through managing brokers as well as acquisition of new customers and renewal of existing customer relationships. His/her main role is to create business growth (top line development), profitability and quality of portfolio, customer satisfaction (NPS) and retention and achievement of service levels per segment.
