**Job Description**
This position primarily involves seated work with intensive and constant data entry into a data system. The role requires carrying cartons of documents weighing between 30-50 pounds from a pallet to a computer workstation approximately every 5-7 minutes. The carrying distance may be up to 15-20 feet, with cartons being lifted to heights ranging from 13 inches to 45 inches.
**Responsibilities**
+ Pull individual medical files from storage boxes and identify required data fields from each file.
+ Enter information into the database with a high frequency of keystrokes (10,000 kph) and 100% accuracy confirmed by ‘double key’ verification.
+ Carry cartons weighing 30-50 pounds for distances up to 20 feet, approximately every 5-7 minutes.
+ Lift and lower cartons from/to pallets and workstations, with lift heights ranging from 13 inches to 45 inches.
