Ability and desire to handle a production department with a Four-shift (24/7) operation.
Sound judgment and be knowledgeable of welding with the ability to interpret welding results and to correct problems caused by manufacturing.
Physically able to push pay-off stands, with up to 4,000+ pound coils of steel on them, from the rear stand position to the front stand position. 1 to 2 years of experience in Factory/Manufacturing Setting
