Windows Systems Analyst (Waterloo)

Role Summary

As a Windows systems analyst, your primary responsibility will be to use your knowledge of Windows systems to support and contribute to Sun Life Financial global IT infrastructure by implementing routine and complex technical fixes on Windows Servers, acting as an escalation point and subject matter expert, recommending technical fixes, planning routine changes, documenting and performing validations, and supporting, troubleshooting, monitoring, and repairing routine issues to maintain the stability, availability, and reliability of Wintel server environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as an escalation point and subject matter expert to technical team resources.
• Recommend technical fixes, plan routine changes, and document procedures.
• Perform standard validations and support, troubleshoot, monitor, and repair routine server issues.
• Work with infrastructure teams to maintain server stability and reliability.
