Join WLFN as a Fleet Coordinator and ensure the smooth operation of their vehicle fleet. This role combines administrative management with hands-on fleet oversight in a permanent full-time capacity.
As part of the administration team, you will oversee daily fleet operations, including scheduling maintenance, managing vehicle compliance, and monitoring fuel usage. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the Quigli calendar for all fleet bookings
• Ensure vehicles are properly documented and maintained
• Schedule seasonal and regular maintenance for the fleet
