Role Overview

The offshore Workday Integration developer supports the design, development, testing, and maintenance of integrations within Workday, serving as a critical technical resource for the Workday project Team. This person will work closely with onshore leads and functional teams to deliver reliable and secure integrations across Workday HCM, Payroll, and Time Tracking modules. Operating within a cooperative offshore delivery model, the developer ensures seamless data exchange between Workday and third-party systems while maintaining data integrity and system performance. The position requires strong technical expertise in Workday integration tools.
