Job Overview

Salesland Chile SPA, a leading outsourcing commercial sales company, seeks a Supervisor Comercial Terreno (5 vacancies) to manage and coach sales executives in the IV Region.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and mentor sales executives in the Home Fixed Services Terrestrial business line.


• Coordinate the generation of new business and oversee sales activities on the field.


• Ensure that established sales targets are met by promoting telecommunication products and services.


• Utilize computer tools to manage sales data and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a supervisor leading sales teams.


• Experience selling intangible products in a field environment, including route and mass sales.


• Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and handle commissions.
