Year-Round After-School Care Program Staff

Thrive Kids Canada is looking for directors to lead evangelistic focused, nature‑based after‑school care & summer day camps in various locations with a start date to be determined depending on availability.

The Out of School Care Manager will provide spiritual direction and full management of THRIVE nature‑based Out‑of‑School Care Program according to the vision, goals and standards set out by THRIVE and the Licensing Authority.

The Manager will create bridges and instigate relationship‑building opportunities between the host church congregation and Thrive families, assisting in programs that bridge Thrive kids and their families to other church ministries. The Manager will also create bridges between the host church, Thrive and the greater community through events and community involvement.
